আধার-PAN লিঙ্কের সময়সীমা বাড়িয়ে দিল কেন্দ্র

বাড়িয়ে দেওয়া হল আধার ও প্যান কার্ড লিঙ্কের সময়সীমা। ২০২৩ এর ৩১ মার্চের মধ্যে প্যান ও আধার কার্ড লিঙ্ক করার কথা বলা হয়েছিল। সেই সময়সীমা বাড়িয়ে ২০২৩ সালের ৩০ জুন অবধি করল কেন্দ্র। লিঙ্ক করার জন্য ১০০০ টাকা জরিমানা জারি রাখল কেন্দ্র।

To link your PAN card to your Aadhaar card, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of the Income Tax Department of India (www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in).

2. Click on the "Link Aadhaar" option on the homepage.

3. In the next screen, enter your PAN number and Aadhaar number.

4. If the name mentioned in your Aadhaar card is not the same as that in your PAN card, you will need to tick a box stating that the names are different.

5. Enter the Captcha code and click on the "Link Aadhaar" button.

6. A message will be displayed informing you whether the linking was successful or not.

Alternatively, you can also link your PAN card to your Aadhaar card by sending an SMS to 567678 or 56161 in the following format: UIDPAN <12-digit Aadhaar number> <10-digit PAN number>.
