Sahara India Refund Money Application From Apply for get money 2023

Bondholders of Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Ltd., (SIRECL) and Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Ltd. (SHICL) 

***APPLY TO SEBI FOR A REFUND ***

 In terms of the Order dated August 31, 2012, and the subsequent Orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, particularly the Order dated May 8, 2013, SEBI has been refunding amounts of money to the Bondholders of SIRECL and SHICL who had lodged their complaints advertisement is being issued by SEBI, pursuant to the proceedings held before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on July 4, 2014, to invite refund those who have not claimed earlier and are holding the following Bonds issued by the SIRECL and SHICL.

Bonds submit their claims by way of an Application in the format given alongside, the following documents (please read the instructions given below carefully):

1) ORIGINAL bond certificates/passbooks 

2) Self-attested copies of Proof of Identity and Proof of Address 

3) Self-attested copy of the first page of the bank passbook or canceled cheque leaf (Refund amount will be credited to your bank account as per copy of passbook/cheque leaf).

LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS FOR REFUND: SEPTEMBER 30, 2014 Claims received after September 30, 2014. (Claims received after September 30, 2014, shall be returned to the Applicant at his/her sole risk and responsibility.)
