Xiaomi 12 Lite Features And Specifications And Price in India

 The Xiaomi Twelve Light is a mid-range device that belongs to the same family as the flagship Xiaomi 12 X and Twelve Pro. It shares some of the same design elements, like the Accented camera bump. It does stand out from the others though, with this flat back and frame which gave it a squared-off look and feel. The Twelve Light is made of plastic rather than the glass and aluminum of the more expensive models, but the finish imitates frosted glass in the hand. The phone is quite light, which makes sense if you think about it.

 On the front, it's a 6.55-inch AMOLED with a 1080p resolution Gorilla glass, five protection, and a fast 120 Hz refresh rate. This refresh rate is faster than last year's model, which had a 90 Hz panel, and it means that swiping and scrolling are even smoother to the eye. It's adaptive, dialing down to 60 Hz when you're not touching the screen. In order to save energy. You also get a fast 240 Hz touch sampling rate.  For extra responsiveness, the display brings quite a few bells and whistles for a midrange. Of course, there's good sharpness and the contrast is great too since this is an AMOLED.

 But you also get support for twelve-bit color HDR ten plus and Dolby Vision Max. Brightness is also excellent here. Entering flagship-grade territory, we've measured around 510 nits with the manual slider and this can boost to 820 nits in auto mode and bright sun.  The Xiaomi Twelve Light has an under-display fingerprint reader too. Unlike the side-mounted ones on the Redmi phones, it's very responsive. One thing the Redmi's do have, which you won't get here is a headphone jack. There is a pair of stereo speakers though, and they earned a score of very good on our loudness test. We like the sound of the highs and mids here, but there's not too much for bass storage.  Isn't expandable on the Xiaomi Twelve Light, but you do get the choice of 128 or 256 gigs on board.

Under the hood of the Xiaomi Twelve Light is a snapdragon 778 G 5G chipset. It's the same that we saw in last year's Mi Eleven Light five Gene as well as the popular Samsung Galaxy A 52s. It scores well in benchmarks outperforming other midranges that are running on Snapdragon 600 series silicon. It's worth keeping in mind, though, that at this price you can find phones with more powerful flagship-grade chipsets. When it comes to thermal management, the phone did feel warm in our stress test, but performance remained quite stable. The Xiaomi Twelve Light packs a 4300 milliamp-hour battery around the same as last year's model, but for some reason enduring lower scores on our battery tests with a final endurance rating of 100 hours.

That's still decent though. New with this generation is fast 67-watt charging, which you also get on some of this year's Redmi phones. With the bundled adapter, we were able to charge the Xiaomi Twelve Light from zero to 84% in half an hour. Now on to the cameras. On the back, there is a 108-megapixel main cam, an eight-megapixel ultra-wide, and a two-megapixel Macro camera.  It's pretty much the same setup that you'd get on the Redmi Note Eleven Pro and Pro 5G. During the day. The main camera produces excellent twelve-megapixel photos with good sharpness, plenty of fine detail, low noise, and a wide dynamic range. The colors are vibrant here, and some could argue that they're. Portrait photos from the main camera are good, the subject is detailed and well exposed, and the separation is decent.
